Although your database would normally be located on one of our servers, we provide you with special "client-side" software which operates independently of your web browser. This enables you, as the database owner, live and secure access to insert, delete and update data and also to export data to your local PC via your existing internet connection as often as you wish. The software has been designed to be easy to use so you don't need to be a database expert (though if you are, you will be pleased to find it also offers advanced features such as ad-hoc SQL queries). Any database changes you make become immediately visible to your website's visitors. Our technology puts you in control.
We can configure the database integration within your website to meet your various requirements, for example, updates to the database as a result of a visitor's interaction with your website could be made to trigger an immediate email to you or other recipient(s) with appropriate details. It might also trigger an acknowledgment email to the visitor too. If you need special processing of data at "your end", for example after exporting data back to your PC you want it presented as an Excel spreadsheet or to produce a mailmerge or to update a local database (or even all three) automatically, we can provide that too.
